Terms of service

The rules for using SiteVitals.

By using the site, you agree to the terms below. The goal is to keep the service honest, practical, and limited to what this early-stage product can actually provide.

Use at your own risk SiteVitals is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Automated scans are helpful, but they are not a substitute for a full manual accessibility review or legal advice.
No guarantees We do not guarantee that a scan will find every issue, that a website will be compliant, or that any specific business result will follow from using the service.
Your responsibility You are responsible for the sites, content, and data you submit. Do not scan or submit anything you do not have the right to use.
Acceptable use Do not abuse the service, bypass rate limits, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, or use the product in a way that breaks the law or someone else’s rights.
Intellectual property The SiteVitals brand, site design, and original content belong to SiteVitals or its licensors. You retain rights in the URLs and content you submit.
Limitation of liability To the maximum extent permitted by law, SiteVitals and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost profits, or lost data. If liability is found despite this, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim, or $100 if you paid nothing.
Indemnity If your use of the service or the content you submit causes a claim against us, you agree to defend and hold us harmless to the extent allowed by law.
Changes and governing law We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the new version. Governing law should be set in the final legal review before launch.
