SiteVitals is built to keep the free scan simple. We collect only the information needed to run the service, prevent abuse, and follow up on requested reports.

Information you submit When you paste a website URL or submit an email for follow-up, we store that input so we can generate the report, send it back to you, and continue the conversation if you asked us to.

Automatic logs We may record basic server logs such as IP address, timestamps, request paths, and error details to keep the service secure, rate-limit abuse, and debug failures.

How we use data We use data to deliver scans, capture leads, send requested follow-ups, maintain the service, and improve the product. We do not intend to sell personal information.

Sharing We may share data with service providers that help operate the website, such as hosting or email tools, but only as needed to run the service.

Retention Scan inputs and lead records may be retained for business, support, and product-improvement purposes unless a removal request is required by law or we choose to delete them earlier.

Your choices Do not submit data you would not want stored. If you want a record removed, contact us and we will review the request in good faith.
